As you can see from the video we were very thorough in our walkthrough and presented the investor with different options in many cases.
This is exactly how we work with investors who will not be in town to oversee the properties. We know in many cases you cannot come to see the property, so we’re going to bring the property to you through the use of video, pictures and thorough communication.

The Details Behind Our Green Rehabs

As you probably know by now we’ve completed a green renovation on 1116 Berkley in Pontiac, MI. Our contractor Green Home Energy put together an excellent video showing exactly what we did on this property. These updates resulted in a 35% improvement in air sealing on the property and the R-value increased as well.
We just recently completed very similar updates to our property on 1041 Argyle where we pushed the bar even further with a 47% improvement.
These green rehabs are an integral part of our strategy to put together the best rental properties in Michigan. We believe offering housing to our tenants with reduced energy bills will provide higher cashflow, and lower vacancy rates. These two factors are critical to increasing your returns…which means it pays to go green!
